Airports and Train Stations:
Boston Logan Airport and Manchester, New Hampshire are suitable for visiting Newburyport. Both airports are about 45 minutes from the office.
Also, for those travelling by train From anywhere along the Northeast Corridor, Amtrak can be taken into South Station (Boston). The Acela is 3.5 hours from Penn Station to South Station, and runs hourly until 7pm.
Transportation from the airports:
Denise Crawshaw will assist you in making arrangements to/from the local airports.
Regal Limo was recommended by one of the inns. They have sedans, vans and other vehicles that can accomodate up to 10-14 passengers and even other larger vehicles for more passengers.
It was suggested that if clients from the same company or even different companies are coming in around the same time within an hour of each other that they get picked up together. This will create a savings for all riding in the same vehicle. Regal has assigned a Quality Solutions User Conference code to help with coordinating the trips and has asked that you enter this code when making your reservation. To make your reservation go to Regal Reservations. Enter the code, QSINFO, and it will take you to the reservations page for our event.
Additionally, Regal Limo is also has many affiliates located throughout the country to help with coordinating your entire transportation needs from your office or home to the airport and also for your return trip. For this type of reservation it is recommended that you call 1-800-709-3500. It's a "one stop shopping" service. Again, please mention the code, QSINFO.
Our Friends at the University of Alabama Press found a reasonable shuttle service to and from the Manchester Airport. They also serve the Boston airport. They are a shared van
service called Flightline. They have to be notified and paid a week in advance. After certain hours there is an extra charge, but it looks like they will pick up any time.

Shuttle Service
All inns except the Marriott Fairfield Inn are within walking distance to the office. We are offering a complimentary shuttle service from the Marriott to Newburyport. If you are staying there and would like to use this service please email Denise. dcraw@qsolution.com. She is trying to track the number of people that would be interested in this service to arrange accordingly.
Parking
For those that are driving to our event there is parking available at the inns. There is also a public parking lot between the Quality Solutions office and the Firehouse Center and another lot located to the right and behind the Firehouse. The access road for this is just beyond the Firehouse when you are leaving the office. These parking lots are within walking distance of the inns in Newburyport. Another public lot is available across the street from the Firehouse but that is limited to 2 hour parking so I would not suggest parking there.
Ride Share Information
Please click on the Ride Share link in the left hand navigation panel to see if anyone else is planning on arriving or leaving around the same time that you are. If you are going to use this Ride Share info to coordinate with others, Regal Limo suggests that you do this step first and then have one of you from your coordinated group call and make the reservation for your group.
